Ear Bonnets

An ear net is used to protect the ears, so the horse is less bothered by flies and other insects such as hornets while riding. In addition, a fly net muffles noise during, for example, a competition or an outdoor ride. This makes it ideal for horses that are sensitive to noise and are easily spooked.

Usually an ear net is also used to form a nice set together with the cover and leg guards, so more as a fashion item.
